We are located on the first floor with only stairs as access. We are happy to help you with buggies or prams up the stairs, please just let us know if you need assistance.
There are toilets within the building, unfortunately there are no fixed baby changing facilities but a changing mat is available on request.

We cannot guarantee a response to text, social media or WhatsApp messages as these may not always be seen within the busy clinic environment. These will not be responded to outside of clinic hours.
When booking your initial appointment, we require a 75% deposit, via a payment link, at least 48 hrs before the session, to secure the appointment. This is non refundable if you do not attend the appointment or provide us with 48hrs notice of cancellation.
Cancellations within 48hrs will be charged for at the therapist’s discretion. We may ask for you to pre-pay for your sessions if cancellations are frequent.
Physical and/or verbal abuse or harassment in person or via any other form of communication, to any of our valued staff members, will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of sessions.
We do ask for a therapy session deposit if therapy is required following initial assessment. Please find our therapy session deposit information here.
We take cash, card and contactless payment within the clinic. We accept Apple/Google Pay and AMEX.
Home visits will be invoiced for bank transfer or with a payment link.
